Our store operates with a minimum order value of £100.
Once an order has been placed, you will be contacted by a member of the Export Team to inform you of the delivery charges and approximate delivery times.

All orders will be packed as efficiently as possible in cardboard cartons with adequate protective material to avoid damage in transit.
Where eligible, orders despatched directly to an export customer will be shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) to help ensure a hassle-free delivery experience. Find out more about our DDP service here
The Export Team will obtain the most competitive delivery costs available, and these will be added to your order or quotation for approval prior to despatch.
Delivery to a UK freight forwarder will be provided at no additional cost.
If, for any reason you are unhappy with any product we supply, please contact us as unfortunately, we cannot accept the return of any goods which have been delivered as ordered, without prior permission. No return shipment should be made until authorisation is received.
When goods are returned, a credit will be given according to the condition of the goods returned. If Dryad Education are at fault, we will cover all reasonable carriage costs for the returns and will issue a full refund. If the customer is at fault, they will need to pay return carriage costs and a re-stocking charge (of 10% of the goods value or a minimum of £10) may apply.
No goods are supplied on a sale or return basis. Please note refunds will be made by BACS bank transfer, credit applied to the customer account or to the credit card used for the original payment.
Payment for orders can be made by credit card, debit card or bank (BACS) transfer. When you place an order we will contact you to confirm your payment card details once we have processed the order and included freight and carriage costs.
Some customers may benefit from credit accounts.
All overdue credit accounts will be charged at a rate of 10% per month from the day that the account became due for payment.
Prices are shown exclusive of VAT, which will be charged at current UK rates on any order from an EU country unless a valid VAT number is supplied at the time of ordering. We will not retrospectively credit VAT.
