For a finer detail of print than the Standard and Premium Frames, opt for a finer mesh. 

Screen Printing Meshes

Different mesh sizes are used for different applications in the creen printing process. To help you choose the correct mesh for your need, consider the following points and then refer to our useful table below:

- Mesh size is mearued by how many threads of mesh here are crossing per square cm (TPC) or per square inch (TPI). For instance, a 120 mesh screen has 120 threads crossing per square cm. The higher the mesh count, the finer the threads and the smaller the holes in the screen.

- More detailed images require higher mesh counts and higher mesh counts require thinner inks. If you have a highly detailed image, a lower mesh screen wont hold the details; the fine lines or dots in the image will simply fall through the holes in the mesh. Also, the finer the mesh you are isomg, the thinner hte ink needs to be and vice versa; thin ink will flood through larger holes making a blurry image, whilst thick ink wont print through the tiny holes of very fine mesh.
