Micro Polyester Velvet

Micro Polyester Velvet is a 100% polyester velour fabric with a soft, tactile pile and a substantial 215gsm weight. Its distinctive velvet surface makes it a useful fabric for exploring texture, light and colour within fashion and textile projects.

At 112cm wide, the fabric is suitable for garment construction, costume, accessories and creative textile work. The soft pile creates natural variations in appearance as the direction of the fabric and light changes, adding depth and visual interest to finished pieces.

Available in Black, Navy and White, providing three useful colours for school, college and studio textile projects.

If you wish to order more than one metre, please adjust the quantity to reflect the total number of metres required. Fabric is cut to the length you request; however, in some cases, we may need to supply it in multiple cuts.
